Don't make sense. On one hand he denies that he had anything to do with the HUD deals. On the other he claims that because of them he's a paragon of altruism for them having the HUD deals. And DAFUQ? How does someone get tens of millions worth of loans and 'no role in, or responsibility for' them?
News flash from the Financial World - it isn't hard to get a mortgage or people to invest in communities if HUD is offering a loan guarantee. It's the same old story - private profits but public losses.
How did Hannity's LLC's get the loans? Were their public bids? What's the approval process for this financing? And why does the Federal government have to guarantee the loans?
It's the fact he he's using government money at the same time decrying "big government" and denigrating welfare recipients on the air. That's the hypocrisy.
Let us never forget. The ACLU saved this piece of shit when he was fired from a no pay mickey mouse job on a university radio station at UCSB. A liberal school in a liberal state he was fired for homophobic remarks made on air while doing a phone in session with a gay parent. He publicly admitted that from high school on he had no interest in furthering his education and dropped out of college. He IS a fucking illiterate idiot.
