News flash from the Financial World - it isn't hard to get a mortgage or people to invest in communities if HUD is offering a loan guarantee. It's the same old story - private profits but public losses.
How did Hannity's LLC's get the loans? Were their public bids? What's the approval process for this financing? And why does the Federal government have to guarantee the loans?
