You don't know Shakespeare. Better read up before citing out of context.

In your busy checking of this attorney, did you look him up on the website provided by the California bar association? It might provide some interesting additional information, including if he's ever had a complaint with the bar filed against him, and if he is currently in good standing with the bar.

You might also get a better address for him.

Or is HE?!?!?!? Show me a guy who writes a law like that, and I'll show a guy who is dealing with the emotions of pedophilia.... let's hope he was the one abused, and not CURRENTLY THE ABUSER!

So, for $200 I too can submit a wacko ballot initiative and get worldwide media attention?

Seems more like a good way to play the media than anything else... especially on a slow news day.

Everything you ever wanted to know about Matt McLaughlin and then some. But I could use a favor from a Wonkette editor/contributor about a tip on another story.

"Gay people" have an agenda against Christians who have lost their businesses, ruined financially, have been physically attacked and beaten so as to impose their sexual preference over Christian expression. Christians don't do those sorts of things. The alleged lawyer who filed this is no Christian - and could be a gay himself - simply a tactic to cheaply gain a lot of attention and gin up paranoia within the gay community. Mission accomplished!

As "snopes" said about this:

"As a whole, the initiative cannot be regarded as a serious legislative proposal and it could not survive any court review if it ever passed. Moreover, unless the initiative becomes backstopped by a whole lot of money, it will never gain the approximately 365,000 voter signatures required to place it on the ballot. Social conservatives would never put any serious money into this project when they have achieved much greater success using the theme of religious freedom, such as Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act. And if on the ballot, it would never pass in a state where LGBT residents of San Francisco are 6.2% of the population and 4.6% of the population of Los Angeles."

no one needs to learn the bible.. it is a useless document that was created by man...do you really think your way is the only way... the bible does not mention anything about the earth before man, why is that??? Or are the dinosaurs yet another fact you want to ignore. The bible does not cover any reality of our life on this planet. The only reason the bible was conceived was for a way to keep man from being barbarians, and to help and love one another, clearly you missed that meaning when you read it.
