Finally a reason to celebrate! I've been humming bits of that "Down by the Water" song for a week w/o being able to remember what song it was, thank you Dok
Well, Governor Manchin wasn't that funny. BUT, Sheldon Whitehouse, on the other hand-- he was so great when once in a blue moon he opened his mouth and he could pulverize whatever Republican hi-jinx had popped up that day to wreck our lives-- Oh Trump Administration! How different life around here would have been if he'd just done that every day, and Brian Schatz, and all those other good talkers. Who knows why they were all so quiet? What I mean to say is, I think he'd be great in the White House.
If the Senate makes it known they won't convict, I have to believe the American people will not put up with months of Benghazi-like nonsense. And only 1/2 of the House plus 4 (or so) are GOP. There were R votes for marriage equality; tfg's shine has rubbed off.
