I lived in Arkansas when there were many FDR progressives in residence. Sure, there were wackos, but they did not number more than 50%.

Politicians of all parties are always behind the curve on technology (Maybe because of age of the candidates.) What we Dems need is recognition of that fact and the addition of some great progressive techies to work with the Party.

Old Uncle Tom there would certainly be a lot more intelligent if he had the intellectual honesty and political courage to use honest to goodness facts, understood what a percentage me want, and could make an honest point without resorting to deception.
