If these intelligence guys know something and are not talking, it might be because they don't want to be Vindeman-ed out of their career by some fascist GOP. This commission is toothless to protect them and they know it.
Gaetz is still getting top intelligence reports, and what he does with them is not hard to guess.
We can expect an announcement for independent DoJ investigation, because this provides the groundwork for why they need it. i.e. it's not a witch hunt or a hoax.
