Obama's backup plan if the Supreme Court bans subsidies for federal exchanges: Ask Congress to pass a law changing the LITERALLY ONE WORD IN A 1,000-PAGE BILL upon which the Supreme Court based such a ridiculous decision. Then sit back and watch the GOP tie itself into knots.
