I'm late here, but let's see if I have this approximately correct...

Joe mother fucking Manchin has now sold out his President and pretty much every significant Democratic constituency (this is a partial list, but, let's see, women, Black people, LGBTQ people, children, and actual fucking coal miners as opposed to coal owners like his own fuck him asshole self), but the electoral shellacking that will likely result will be the result of the (not all that powerful) Squad.

Is that about right.

Hey, Joe, fuck the absolute fuck off.

So, you are blaming Bernie bros and other equally deluded leftists in 2016 with Manchin being a colossal fucking asshole to pretty much every Democratic constituency that isn't a wealthy coal mining owner for this vote (this was not a SCOTUS decision, but a vote by the Senate)? That seems just a wee of a stretch in 2022.

The money from the christofascists will continue to pour in, at least until some even more reprehensible party appears on the scene, eager to take it. Hopefully, it'll be even more of a grift operation than the RNC. Count on Donnie Douchebag to chase the money, if he somehow stays out of prison.

All three R candidates for Michigan AG are for overturning Griswold v. Connecticut.

For now.

Watch the case in Maine about religious school funding. SCOTUS is about to declare that the Free Exercise clause magically overrules the co-equal Establishment clause, which means:

YOU can't have to do that fund my religious "school" because of MY religion.

What is the point of Joe Manchin, anyway? To prop up the extraction industries -- of which he is part, and profits from -- and to screw over women.

Thank you. I wonder about not voting and whether it’s because absence or principle.

That one got by me. Thank you.

Their actions damned us far more then Manchin did so yes.

Can't say it enough: FUCK JOE MANCHIN, and not in a good way. You're as bad as all those Reboobiklans whining about government overreach, as if telling women what they can and can't do with their bodies isn't the biggest government overreach ever. You are a SACK OF SHIT who should not be in Congress ignoring the needs of more than half the population.

Probably have better luck finding that mystery candidate than expecting Joe Manchin to EVER do the right thing.

And now we're more hysterical and backward about abortion than fuckin' Ireland, which came to its senses.

The last para says it all. We have to vote in such overwhelming numbers that all the R attempts to steal the midterms come to naught.

Unfortunately, the only one of those examples that is not current did serious damage before it finally caught up.

Never suggest that the Republicans will run out of issues to rile the base. After abortion, they'll come for birth control. After that, who knows? Maybe bringing back segregation, maybe repealing universal suffrage, maybe executing intellectuals in the street...
