Dude is operating a convenience store with hate speech written on the door directed at the democratic governor calling her 'the Fuhrer', has a sign on the front door with a herd of sheep wearing masks, nobody inside the store is wearing a mask, customer or employee, there are no barriers to separate you from the cashier, and food is being actively cooked in this establishment. This place is a total shitshow. And this is all located a block away from a high school. School starts August 31st.
So when kids, who will be unvaccinated because they're simply not old enough to be vaccinated yet, invariably end up getting their sweets and treats at the store, they're walking into a super spreader location. They catch the virus at this store, they go home, they infect their families, they report to school the next day, they infect everybody else and shut down the entire district, potentially killing people or crippling people with long haul symptoms for life.
