One is individuals (used to always be segregated, if they even had a place for women), and the other is family style seating.

Also, as I mentioned, certain areas are going to be more conservative/traditional, but it’s not actionable law. It’s just their preference.
Guam has already volunteered to serve as a temporary center where refugees can processed. It’s not like we haven’t done that before.
