Snark Off. Really? When I went to work for the local hometown FD 20+ years ago I went through two psychological exam, including the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. My local PD requires the same evaluation when one is hired or if promoted into the tactical team. I suggest the Chief of Police and HR Director be sent packing.
