Not surprising that he is immersed in faith. He has been trained from birth to believe that his thoughts/wishes/prayers have an effect upon objective reality. By extension now, whatever he believes becomes his reality.
I used to have the belief that objective reality could intrude upon these folks declarative reality given the right conditions. After all the unnecessary suffering and death this year, my largest disappointment in my fellow citizens is the realization that it will. never. happen.
Life imitating art here; Trump now seems to be using the distinguished barristers of the Asylum of Charenton, who are directed by the Marquis de Sade, reprising their roles in "The Persecution and Assassination of Jean-Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of Charenton Under the Direction of the Marquis de Sade" (German: Die Verfolgung und Ermordung Jean Paul Marats dargestellt durch die Schauspielgruppe des Hospizes zu Charenton unter Anleitung des Herrn de Sade), usually shortened to Marat/Sade.
I didn't know the connection, either. I've been watching an Argentine telenovela lately and am certainly hearing the 'vos', but I hadn't made the connection with Latin.
Other things I've learned about Argentine Spanish from this telenovela -- "Para!" frequently used in sequence of several rapid repetitions that can mean "Stop, stop, stop" or "Okay, okay, okay -- "La pelota!" or "Las pelotas!" as a saying that can be translated as "Kiss my ass!" -- "Basta" or "Basta!" that can be said either jovially or more sternly and means "enough," but can also mean "Aw, cut it out."
‘Vosear,’ or “to use the vos form” is something that I have never seen in a Spanish book. I got to know a Colombian very well, and vos was the normal familiar, e.g. (vos) querrés. The vos conjugation is fairly straightforward, but a level of complexity that I’d rather avoid, so I just use tú. The Wikipedia article is a good start.
The ‘ll’ or ‘y’ (to sound like the English word ‘show’) in Argentine Spanish cracks me up every time I hear it, but I find it oddly charming.
IANAL, but the best part about this lawsuit, it's a shot across the bow for right wing media that thinks they can make up whatever bullshit they want, if they do get sued and end up having to settle or they lose a bunch of money, what do you think is gonna happen when trump wants to start his own network? who would insure that? even if trump calls in to his fox and friends, once he's not president, if he trashes a smartmatic or any company that can claim they lost money because he said something that wasn't true about them, rupert murdoch's ass is on the line. the best they can do is have a chyron at the bottom that says "the views of this guest do not reflect the views of fox news, and he's here for entertainment purposes only"
Here's to 300 more Vim!

sadly journalism schools don't give out law degrees.
Earwax and Marmite: Isn't that the same thing?
Read the Dominion letter, posted above. Dominion makes a compelling case.
No.

More likely: "The Year in Colonoscopy".

Their rivals who aren't being named, obviously.
Once Drumpf is evicted from the White House in 29 days, Dominion should be the first to sue the shit out of him for defamation.
'what is that fruit bat on about' is my comment for 2021.
