Are circuit court judges appointed or elected in TN? Because I'm looking forward to whatever invented crap Judge John McAfee posts on his campaign website next time he's up for reelection.

Incidentally, his prior job was as a military judge for that bastion of democratic jurisprudence, the US Army.
