They need 38 state legislatures to pass any ammendments. 36 (?) To call for one. The GOOPS control 34 state leges at the moment.

I wanted to go that way, but the back of my mind remembered a number theory class that I didn't take, and my college freshman math class spent a semester proving that real numbers exist... but I'll take this distinction...

Exactly. And people who present their red, white, and blue card for prescription coverage. Or their part F card (though I don't blame them for being confused about that). Luckily, we have a way to look up their part D with their social, which usually works. We also have a third party code for the plan that covers low income Medicaid patients that are being transitioned to part D, but aren't really in a plan yet. Imagine their confusion about being on BOTH Medicaid and Medicare.

Second most confused: Drug not covered, "but my doctor told me it was covered! Can't you just call the insurance?"
