Luckily, we have a way to look up their part D with their social, which usually works. We also have a third party code for the plan that covers low income Medicaid patients that are being transitioned to part D, but aren't really in a plan yet. Imagine their confusion about being on BOTH Medicaid and Medicare.
Second most confused: Drug not covered, "but my doctor told me it was covered! Can't you just call the insurance?"
