Except, I actually would like to see vaccine mandates in a broad set of circumstances, except in the case of a legitimate medical issue. That doesn’t make me a hypocrite; preventing the spread of COVID is a public health issue that effects everyone, whereas as SER correctly notes, abortions are not contagious. If a pregnant person chooses to not be pregnant, it doesn’t impact anyone else’s right to be pregnant, just like marriage equality doesn’t impact the right of consenting adult heterosexual couples to get married.

Just that if the men of America woke up pregnant tomorrow, it wouldn't take 9 months for abortion to be legal, safe, affordable, and readily available.
