I woke up yesterday and it sounded like a fucking hurricane was raging outside. It was pretty bad.

That whole petty authoritarian rant is rich considering whose taint Tucker enjoys licking.

The things that carlson says are a perfect reflection of the mind of a conservative: muddled, illogical, contradictory, and downright stupid. he must know better than this but he slings sludge for a living.

Is that the reasoning behind those? The 16 pill blister packs were one of those small Anglo/American differences that kind of low-grade annoyed me when I lived there. I'd always pick up a several-hundred count bottle of Benadryl / Ibuprofen when I was out of the the country because I got so tired of having to go to the shops every other day and then deal with the blisters during allergy season.

Many of these extreme right people do in fact believe that it is a moral failure for cancer patients to take opioids for their family members' pain (not usually their own, of course), and it can get ugly some times.

Even mediocre politicians know better; it's the affirmatively terrible ones who resort to authoritarianism because they can't deal with anyone questioning their authority.

We're gonna be seeing a lot of that this year.

When your only tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Tucks can't imagine a world where every Dem. move isn't a bid for more political clout, or wanting the Veep job.

These days you'd be wise to lay in a spare.

I love how measured these “opinion” shows are. It’s not that GW’s strict lockdown orders are an “inconvenience.” That’s simply not a word that gets people frothy with rage. No, he uses the strongest word he can find to describe what her social distancing will do to us Michiganders, it will DESTROY us!!! Words can and do lose meaning. These shows are dangerous and are largely responsible for the divide we see and feel in recent years. You either drink the flavor-ade or you roll your eyes and know better.
