An emergency Supreme Court decision could be in the mix as the current term is expiring at the end of June and won’t restart until October. I welcome comment from someone expert in this area. I am a mere civilian, though I have worked many construction projects that include temporary and permanent easement issues. They can take years to resolve.
I say that the State has no jurisdiction here, and any judge would just bounce the whole thing citing lack-of-standing.

The way the law punishes native Americans in conflicts with whites (especially businesses) is one of his few issues with conservatives. Mostly he tries to explain things and see it as ignorance. He really loved the tv show Longmire--very white man centric but also showed native problems.
