Ironically in a story I'm writing, that's why with one of the villains, his company isn't so bad a place to work. He's OBSESSED with image and whenever there's a bad story about shitty labor practices from somebody else he makes sure there's no chance there's going to be one about his company like that. So it's at worst Average Job Shitty Stuff (tho people who work directly with him do find him insufferable he pays them to put up with it) because he's image obsessed to the point of being willing to lose a little money to up his hype.
Like when he's not dipping his toes in the Supervillain pool he's weirdly one of the more ethical bad guys. For absolutely the wrong reasons, but it's there.
I used them for free wifi in a place that didn't have my dog when I needed to get out to study when the library was closed. I brought earbuds to block the noise.
It's not unreasonable for an employer to dictate a dress code. If an employee don't like it they can find another place to work more in line with their values.

Along with "thanks for sharing" and "it was real."
Oops. Reading comprehension, what is that?
Anyone who uses "warrant" and "apropos" properly is all right in my book.
Nyet, tovarich. Use the guillotine and incinerate. The rich taste like botox and bronzers, but you didn't hear it from me.
Utterly appropriate that KCAL channel 9 spelled their name "Stabucks" in the graphic.
No one's perfekt.
Racist troll

I think it’s Panera that’s offering unlimited coffee for $8.99/mo.
