Caucasian=White Russian: 1 part vodka, 1 part kaluha, both poured over ice; then fill with light cream.

I prefer not to discuss the mud room in the rear. It disturbs my dainty sensibilities.

I actually have enjoyed some of those "cinematic" games. Heavy Rain was a favorite of mine on the PS3, and it runs even better on the PS4. YES, I KNOW the story falls apart if you so much as sigh in its general direction, but it was an interesting concept. I also really enjoyed LA Noir, which was in a similar vein.

I guess, I was a huge fan of the point and click CD-ROM thingummies in the 90s, so MASH X! doesn't seem too out of place to me.

I, too, game far too rarely, BUT, the PS4 is also my primary streaming machine. A BARGAIN AT $400 FUCKING DOLLARS! Still, I like to stay up to date with hardware just in case. Though I won't be springing for a Playstation VR. (If it comes down to it, and I have the spare cash to burn, I'd much rather have that record player I posted a while back.)

All of that having been said, the WiiU is my favorite system of the current generation, hands down. For gaming, that is. Nintendo dropped a lot of classics onto this system, but, like the GameCube before it, most won't figure it out until much later. Splatoon is worth the price of admission alone.

This is why I thought ahead and have never run for President, nor had children. It is quite possible that my parents have a couple of photos ... somewhere. But, they've grown weary of embarrassing me for the sake of it. Without a receptive audience, they lack motivation. Which means my evil plan has come to fruition, AT LAST!

The not running for President bit takes care of whatever photos my friends might have, because, BOY HOWDY, I know them and if there was a buck in it, they'd throw me under the FoxNews the first chance they got.

Google Sherando Lake, unless you've been there. Also too, Peaks of Otter. We're going to be staying in Waynesboro so the kid can do her pre-college welcome for new debtors:) I will be thankful for a motel pool with a view of the mountains this time. I need to find out if the Inn at Afton is still open. They have a pool on top of the mountain. Sadly, camping is out for us. We have to look respectable. That means our own bathrooms!

I've visited Philly a fair amount, being from a family that took a lot of historically-themed road trips, and also living on the east coast for a number of years. Snark off, I think it's a great city, very interesting and lively. And it's certainly not boring.

And unlike that cesspool of Paris, at least it doesn't have those Muslim no-go zones. Shudder!

(forgot to mention that I turned the snark back on for that last bit)

Oh, heck no. You aren't an odd fellow at all. That just happens to be the kind of game I like. And you like the kind of games you like. That's why there are so many games!

I have generally hated multiplayer games, as well. Also, too, first person shooters. That is one of the reasons why I mentioned Splatoon. That game is ... well, it's a masterpiece. Everything you hate about multiplayer first person shooters isn't there. That single game fixed everything wrong with the genre. It's astonishing.

And, you know, if you are curious about Heavy Rain in the slightest, I still have my PS3 copy that I don't need. DAMMIT, disqus not having PMs. . .

While I certainly applaud anyone whose evil plans have come to fruition, I do think that you are misunderestimating the embarrassmental power of parents. These people have no shame. And they probably see it at cute.

You have been (lovingly) warned!

Yikes. I do not miss school, at all. Thankfully, I'm still fairly fanatical about learning.

I haven't played any of the Far Cry games. I understand that there was quite a bit of controversy around over ... one of them. I want to say it was 3.

Spackle and dog spit. Well ya. Knowing the difference between causation and correlation helps. I only recently started doing the moisturizing thing. I couldn't /can't quite for itself. Even though I should. Particularly with some spf and a bit of an outdoorsy streak despite an indoorsy job. But. After a shave it seems less fussy and so ok to do. Those inney wrinkles though do Spackle up nice.
