The court battles will be plenty and there’s precedent that shows that Republicans can’t even be subtle about their goals.There’s also precedent that this SCOTUS won’t give a flying fuck about it. 🤢

Yes, but that might well be people fleeing the coastal elite libtard hoards for Real America™, which would just increase polarization a bit more. But the redder states also picked up seats, and will be able to gerrymander the fuck out of them.

As we have seen the place is alive with cameras. Anyone who let someone through armed would be discovered in short order and be part of the assassination conspiracy. They're not that devoted to the cause when push comes to shove. They'll stand aside and let the mob run rampant but they aren't taking the fall with them.

well, charges have not been filed in the FBI investigation and that has been extended because of his attendance at the treason hoe down on 1/6. so that's the federal end.

the other charges are state charges. SCOTUS doesn't have any authority there.

people like to use TX and CA as campaign ATMs which leaves us with not enough money to cover the multiple very expensive ad markets in the state to mount an adequate challenge.

so it's not exactly what's wrong with Texas, it's what's wrong with everyone else. please tell your candidates to try to get most of their campaign cash from inside your states.
