My head's gonna explode, sometime in the next year or so, when Republicans do their turn-on-a-dime shit, and yell about law, morality, ethics, efficiency, and apple pie. I don't believe rules will be strong enough to hold me back.

The last 2 years we owed and had the IRS take the money out of our checking account. I had to input our account numbers in the IRS website so they know where to send the money . I am afraid I might accidentally use a check with Cheetto McTweeto's signature on it as a toilet paper substitute. We are Olds and don't need the cash so we will spread it among charities that help feed people in need.

Actually, I did get mine - but it wasn't a check - it was direct deposit - and the best part of that is that Orange Judas's name was NOWHERE to be seen. I never look up the details of a transaction when I know what it is, but in this case I did, just to make sure of that.

A little amazed that yes, monies showed up in account. Not even a US citizen. (Loyal tax payer for 20 years though.) But I moved it to savings, just in case.

I'm late to the party here on this thread, but...I am self employed and am on a payment plan to pay back some back taxes. Last year was first year in a loooooong time where I was owed a refund. Which the IRS immediately applied to my back taxes. So...am I gonna get a stimulus check? I imagine this makes me a nonentity. If anyone knows anything about this type of situation, I'd appreciate the feedback. I wont home my breath, though. Such a clusterfuck.

If I get the money now, it'll get me back up to where I'm treading water. But with my luck...

Try again today. It locks you out after too many tries and you have to wait until the next day to try again.

Only people not getting their stimulus are those who are behind on child support payments. It doesn't count against you if you owe taxes.

I let my parents claim my daughter as a dependent (I live with them, so they do contribute a considerable amount of money and time to her), so I only got my $1200. I just hope when my parents get theirs, they do get her money.

Also, to avoid the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing, don't forget to run outside, turn around three times, and spit. Or curse. Maybe both.

This is one of my most favoritest things of all time!

Cheetto McTweeto FTW!

OTOH, Cheato McTweeto would also be acceptable.
