I call bullshit. I've turned off several people on facebook, not because they disagreed with me, but because these particular folks were so stunningly willfully ignorant, so logically bizarre, so slyly hateful that it wasn't worth my mental health, or the chance they would find where I lived, if I stayed in contact.
Also, when I look at my liberal vs conservative contacts in FB it breaks out like this (ymmv). The liberals are doing stuff. Organizing, informing, setting things up.
