I have yet to hear one representative of his current administration whom, after speaking for less than 30 seconds, give me the impression of "...that person is just a walking, talking back of shit!"

At least in the 1.0 version, once is a while, someone would sound like they had some spark of intelligence. I guess with 2.0, they are all relying on that "A1" to make them sound gooder...

Ugh. The fucking press.

"TAPPER: But you understand how some people might look at this and say, this doesn't really make sense in terms of the president's larger goal."

Let me help: "TAPPER: But you understand how EVERY FUCKING RATIONAL PERSON WILL UNDOUBTEDLY look at this and say, "WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK????""

You could always suggest another candidate for "word's most punchable face" (looking at you, Lutnick), but I think we can agree we have a clear winner here.

Should we tell them that they unleashed the monster, and nothing they can do can control it, or should we wait and let them waste a few million dollars in court and find out for themselves?

Cannonballs Hassett is like a mad spin-doctor with a quick answer for everything. Like he said Sunday before if you had 100 apples at $1 and a 10% tariff then sell 90 for 1.10 and whattaya do with the 10 ppl don't want cuz too damn high? You mark 'em down so the average price of the 100 winds up around $1 or maybe less. Duh. Or stop dumping cheap apples on the market but China's supply is inelastic so must have tariffs...

Huh. So moving industrial production cross-continent isn't as easy as throwing up a canopy at a Trump rally to sell hats and flags where even the "Made in USA" tags are made in China. Who knew? Well, at least eggs are 99 cents a dozen again, there's peace in the Middle East, and the War in Ukraine ended on Day One.

Kevin Asshat is the kind of ghoul who will keep smiling at you as he stabs you in the face and licks the stiletto. All of these parasitic turd ticks wouldn’t last one hour doing an honest day’s work like they keep lying about coming back “any minute now!”

None of these parasitic turd ticks could even hold a regular job because they're just too weird to work a real job.

I read that Hassett thinks comic books are a great investment. Look how much "Action Comics" #1 sold for! Surely that's a sustainable retirement plan for today: Get a crystal ball and find out which comic on the stands today will be worth hundreds of thousands, then buy it and hang onto it in mint condition for decades.

As a hardcore comic collector for 40+ years—and one of 20 million people with an ultra-rare copy of "X-Men" #1 (1991 series)—I can assure you, you cannot retire solely by selling your comic collection.

I tried that with late 60s Topps baseball cards, but, damn it, I needed a motorcycle sound for my Schwinn Stingray.

Will work for food, will die for oil

Will kill for power, and to us the spoils

The billionaires get to pay less tax

The working poor get to fall through the cracks

So let 'em eat jellybeans let 'em eat cake

Let 'em eat shit, whatever it takes

They can join the Air Force or join the Corps

If they can't make it here anymore

So semiconductors are now a national strategic capability. Too bad Joe Biden was too old to acknowledge this. Intel is building a fab in Ohio out of the goodness of their heart, Micron's new fab outside of Syracuse NY is just a fluke, and the new TSMC fabs in Arizona are because water is so plentiful there. Trump needs to get congress to pass a CHIPS Act to take credit for all these new developments.

Kevin Hassett coauthored "Dow 36,000" in 1999. I think he's trying to get the Dow back down to that level.

Why do the let them on their air with no fact checking?? I know, the advertising time is too valuable to risk dead air with no guests. But the blowholes from the Turd Reich do nothing but lie. There must be some basis for the networks to insist that any interview on their airtime must be subject to real time fact checking. Even in its current crude state, AI must be capable of doing that.

It’s a game. Can they tie the guest up so much with facts and logic that the guest admits defeat? Spoiler alert, the guest never does, but hopefully reasonable viewers, like reasonable jurors, can figure out for themselves who’s lying.

I mean we — we — we buy a lot of shoes in this country, 99 percent of them are made elsewhere.

I wonder if any of the dolts either proposing or supporting this nonsense have penciled out how much a pair of sneakers *would cost* if they were made in the USA? New Balance's 990 series, one of the very few athletic shoes still made in the US, retails for about $150-200. And I think a lot of the materials are still imported. So add tariffs on that and you're probably looking at well over $200 for some running shoes. How many people can afford that?
