Like first donating all the furnishings to homeless shelters or Goodwill. Then gutting out all the “gold” and “crystal” shit and sending it to kids clubs to make costume jewelry with. Fine vinyl carpet gets stripped up and recycled into plastic benches for inner city playgrounds. Then the whole building gets repurposed into headquarters for the Barack Obama Institute for Not Being a Fucking Fascist Asshole.
