Remember, not all that long ago, when the reich wing was complaining about how oppressed they were because of mask mandates? Always amazing how quickly they go from "you can't make us do something" to "we're gonna make you do something." The hypocrisy is, as usual, off the charts.

It's impossible to believe. She knew that Gorsuck and Keggers were lying. She fucking pretended to believe them.

It's his own fault. Remember Shelby County v Holder in 20133?

That's what happens when you try to strip voting rights from the *****s.

SO MANY told me exactly that, that Roe would never be repealed

Brian Stetler told Amy Siskind that.

And then he deleted the Tweet.

How many times have I said that this election season?

Also not in the Constitution:--Corporations--Protestants--Catholics--White people--Gerrymandering--Political parties--Anyone named "Samuel Alito"--Bans on abortion

A two-thirds majority is required and not even the GOP can suppress the vote enough to win 67 Senate seats. You think they can't voter suppress enough to win 2/3 of the states? Andrew Schlafly already rewrote the Bible to match his ideology and claims it's the most accurate "translation" of the Bible. What's to stop him or another Republican from updating the Bible to say that only white cishet evangelical Republican men can vote, and then telling the Supreme Court that having to live in a country where black people can vote violates their religious freedom?

White people are in the Constitution. With rights.

It's just that NOBODY ELSE in the original Constitution has any rights.

That's why they call themselves "originalists".

Anybody with sense should already know what that means.

But they aren't explicitly called "white people" in the Constitution.

My point was that, while the word "abortion" isn't used in the Constitution, the right to an abortion is an automatic consequence of the right to bodily autonomy. Since Alito is pretending proper subsets don't exist, I'm using his own (bad) reasoning to argue that the Constitutions' protection of the rights of "people" doesn't apply to white people because it doesn't explicitly use the phrase "white people."

The Alito Court isn't going to overturn Roe.

For Republicans, the concept of enough doesn't exist.

History is written by the victors. And rewritten by those that come to power later. See, for example, CRT.

Oh, but as some twit non-commenter previously remarked in these august pages, *the dissent is gonna be lit.*

Yes, but these fascists are perfectly content being complete hypocrites.

It'd have been great if liberals adopted the slogan as their own, preventing anti-abortionists from coining it. After all, policies that oppose violence and promote health are pro-life.

Yeah, but saying all that didn't work. Too long for a bumper sticker, I guess. It would seem that most people don't think past a 3 to 5 word slogan. They became "Pro-Life." That made us "baby killers" which I have heard shouted at rallies.
