Yes, everyone that I know that voter-frauds, they only do it on Sundays and on weekends. This is going to really put a damper on their frauding.

Did they cite the case of <a href="http:\/\/nypost.com\/2014\/09\/25\/groundhog-dropped-by-de-blasio-died-of-internal-injuries\/" target="_blank">Woodchuck vs. Ground</a>? Makes as much sense as "fraud happens more in early voting, because of course it would."

At this point, they may as well just have a rubber stamp that says "Whatever we want to have happen, hang the law, 5-4." Because that would at least be more honest than the sophistry that they try to use as a fig leaf.

I think they, of all people, ought to know that all the truly fraudulent voting happens weeks <i>after</i> the election.

See <i>Bush v. Gore</i>, 531 U.S. 98 (2000)

That's why I voted for them.

"early voting will not be permitted on most Sundays between now and election day, November 5."

How many Sundays do they have in Ohio in the next week?

Scalia is just going along with the original intent of the Framers, who clearly felt that the wrong <strike>color</strike> sort of people should not vote.

I am considering a sex change just to make that process easier.

Pretty much what you'd expect. ISIL has conquered Texas, opposite-sex marriage is banned, and only corporate people can vote.

It's a small point, but Election Day is November 4 this year.
