And seems to be doing the same thing this year. In addition to trying to subvert the cross over to electric vehicles in a major system wide vehicle replacement move, a big public statement on government dedication to fight global warming.
I'm sure there are other hold overs from the Trump administration still humming up the works, and errors Biden made in appointments, like Merrick Garland, that should have been replaced long ago.
