So he has painted a member of the military whose job involves carrying a gun most of the time. I suppose McNugget is accurate in his portrayal as most of the gun nut "patriots" think that they are the equivalent, although most would never consider putting their butts on the line for the country they are so patriotic about. They are content to run around the woods playing commando and swaggering around with a concealed weapon.
Trained? Sure. A day or two of gun safety class and playing Dirty Harry at the range.
That particular problem (vets and loons wearing different uniforms) has been around since at least the 1960s. I never asked my grand-dad, but I'd be willing to bet it was true post the Second World War, if only that far back.
Works fine for me. Anyway, it's a Nazi propaganda poster of an idealized warrior guy standing in front of a big flag.

And my favorite, this photo by James Mollison of Joey, age 11, in his bedroom in Kentucky <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Q..." target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QZIa7ERQmLU/UJOpCBeP53I...">http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Q... from the book &quot;Where Children Sleep.&quot;
A piece of what, exactly?
Beyond appalling! And that visual garbage belongs in the Museum of Bad Art (Dedham, MA) which is a really fun take. On second thought, maybe it&#039;s even to ghastly for them. <a href="http://www.yelp.com/biz/mus..." target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.yelp.com/biz/museum-of-bad-art-dedham#...">http://www.yelp.com/biz/mus...

Try this one instead. Different poster, but same general idea: <a href="http://tinyurl.com/qxulwf8" target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://tinyurl.com/qxulwf8">http://tinyurl.com/qxulwf8</a>

What, no Black, Asian, or Hispanic soldiers permitted? What a pathetic attempt at ####### art. I would of expected a 2nd Amendment tattoo on G.I. Jim.
Well, duh. Jesus carries a Glock.
Mrs Bachmann? You know, not the Congressperson.

All we can be sure of, is he&#039;s got a little captain in him. <i>cough</i>
&quot;I wanted to paint a picture that represents why I think gun ownership is important. So I stuck in a flag.&quot;
&quot;I&#039;m surprised he painted a white guy with guns,&quot; said nobody in the galaxy, ever.
What you can&#039;t see is that his left foot is planted firmly on the corpses of poors, womenz, the blahs and immigrants.
