What we need are some really filthy-minded Arabic speakers. My knowledge of Arabic is pretty slender. "Khanzeer" means "pig," and using that label for them ought to send a message. A couple of other pungent words are "ma'bun" and "mukhannath," both of which mean "sissy" or "effeminate." The first has a much stronger meaning which Google Translate won't even touch, but Hans Wehr's Arabic dictionary has it. If they don't like being called "daesh," these will really send them into a frenzy. Something that differentiates them from peaceful Muslims and conveys utter contempt and disrespect is what we need.
