Slightly OT. Yesterday Donald Trump was asked if Canadian born Ted Cruz was eligible to be POTUS. Cruz&#039;s birth facts are well-known and undisputed but Trump said: <blockquote>&ldquo;Well, if he was born in Canada, perhaps not. I&rsquo;m not sure where he was born&hellip; You&rsquo;ll have to ask him that question, but perhaps not. I don&rsquo;t know the circumstances. I heard somebody told me he was born in Canada. That&rsquo;s really his thing.&rdquo;</blockquote> How could he not see that question coming? If Trump wants to be a kingmaker, he&#039;ll need a better answer than that about Cruz.
This guy is clearly setting the foundations for his very own griftopia. Is his visit to the Family Leadership Summit a paid gig, or is this just more wingnut networking to help get the dollars flowing later or elsewhere?
