... just a guess, but... the rolling-coal, confederate-flag waving, gun-humping, bible-whacking, everclear-drinking, incestuous-pedophile defending trailer-park denizens that can afford a Nugent ticket at the local state fair? If you can call them an audience... I had something else in mind,

I'd prefer to watch Pandas fucking instead of reading words about this ectoplasmic slime.

when was he ever a rock star? no one I ever knew owned any of his albums because they had only one song on them.

He trivializes veterans problems with his absurd statements. This is a serious problem that deserves serious consideration and Nugent uses their pain and suffering for press and attendion.

Yup, sounds like a typical day working in my troop medical center, there.

It took me a few months to work that habit out of my system when I got home. Even worse when I was going through transition.

I quote my spouse one day: "Excuse me dear, but it's really unladylike to be mumbling "fuck" every three seconds while picking out a new bra."

Back to the topic though, in all seriousness, it's not the CiC causing mil/vet suicides. It's the amazingly crap system IN the military for diagnosing and treating PTSD, and the sheer awfulness that is dealing with VA once you get out.

Here's a small example, from when I was in. 14 months in Iraq. Finally fly home, drop bags, and get 3 days off right there to unwind. After those days off, you have to do the return from combat processing. All that processing has to be completed before the unit can finally be released to take actual vacation time (we call it block leave in the military).

So, you're Joe Soldier. You're doing your medical processing. They ask you the PTSD questions. Now, on one hand, you can answer truthfully that yes, you're having problems, but doing that means your processing is going to get held up, you'll get doctors appointments, and might miss out on that wonderful leave time. Other hand, you can just lie, say "Yep I'm good!", get your check mark in the "clear" box, and drive on. Now, what would YOU do? Remember, you've just gotten back from 14 months of 16+ hour days, 7 days a week. Nary a minute off to yourself. Hostile environment, hostile people, can't see your loved ones, whole nine yards.

Yeah, you're going to say "hey I'm fine!", just so you can go spend those valuable days with your loved ones. Repeat that a few times. Also, don't even think about waiting till after block leave THEN reporting PTSD. Two things will happen. One, the first words out of everyone's mouth will be "Why didn't you report this when we got back" Two, you're going to get put on the "Trying to weasel out of the next deployment" shitlist. So you keep your mouth shut, soldier on, and hope you don't snap, kill yourself, or hurt your family.

Grrr... I've been told way too often that I look like this jackoff. Hopefully someone will notice that the Nuge is becoming a fat slob while sucking Fox dick, and I am a svelte 52 year old communist with a mission to lure your sons & daughters away from Christian capitalism.

I don't get it. ..if veterans are calling him up all: "Hey, Ted Nugent, I'm gonna kill myself because the enemy is the Commander in Chief" why isn't Ted all: "Noooo... you've got so much to live for. Come to my ranch and we'll go hunt deer together with bows and arrows." Instead he's all: "I hear ya man, I hate theguy too, have at it! I'd probably suicide myself as well, but I've got to play a concert next week and fuck a bunch of groupies afterwards."

Nugent says Obama is responsible for the deaths of soldiers. Former representative dingbat Bachmann just compared Obama to the German pilot who crashed the airliner. Sean Hannity says the president hates America and Americans and is trying to bring Sharia law to our land.

That's a lot on the president's plate while he successfully avoids war with Iran and oversees the highest stock market value in American history.
