In the 1920s, it was the Charleston, in the 1950s it was the hula hoop, in the '70s, the pet rock, and in the 1990s, for god knows what reason, it was Beanie Babies. The hot trend in the 'Teens? Letting well-off, white, high school athlete-types do whatever the hell they want without fear of consequences! From that darling fella who was
I realize this is an old thread now, but I can't help but point out that you seem to be conveniently forgetting that these rapists were found guilty. So the lawyers lost. What we are frustrated with us that despite losing and being labeled rapists, the perpetrators are coming out ahead, as if they were the victims of the legal system. It's the judgement we have a problem with.
Try reading more carefully, dumbass. (I could not resist).
Relatives taking vengeance for a crime is a good old fashioned family value! So old in fact that it predates our system of justice! Not to put too fine a point on it, but family and tribal vengeance and vendetta is one of the things we developed a supposedly impartial justice to avoid, something no small number of judges apparently need to be reminded of. If they're not seen as being just in their punishment then the only thing preventing relatives from doing as you describe is fear of being caught and punished in turn. And that, as they say, is no way to run a railroad.
There are so called "Romeo and Juliet" laws that protect two consenting juveniles, or one consenting juvenile and someone close to the same age, but older.
Right?! They could have been dressed in itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny yellow polkadot bikinis, and how could you expect a young man to keep his fingers out of THAT?
Of course. OSU is a professional football and basketball team connected to a college.
But, how else are they supposed to get their MRS?

Sexual predators are almost always serial offenders. This judge has sentenced countless future women to rape at the hands of this monster.
“We all made mistakes when we were 17, 18, 19 years old, and we shouldn’t be branded for life with a felony offense..."

That's what is bothersome about these cases. These people are committing serious crimes and getting away scot free.
I'm so glad not to have kids! How does one do it in these times? Holy fuck!
Because only college women get raped in Breitbartistan.
They're in shock that Trump could be President.
Hmmmmmm mmm.
