His future's so bright, he can get away with rape Nicholas Fifield, a blonde, white tennis star at West Des Moines high school, was charged this December with third-degree sex abuse after sexual assaulting a mentally ill group home resident “suffering from a mental defect or incapacity, which precludes giving consent.”
Yes but prison isn't for the likes of him. I winner if the judge plays tennis. Or maybe hizzonner had a thing for unwitting girls himself. Either way, he has an affinity for this kid.
Ahh, yes, that. Well, with all those reasons it's no wonder he got off so light!
What are #1 and #3? You have the best pics!!
I realize I may be swimming perilously close to the kind of comments you lot frown upon by saying this, but: this sumbitch not only raped a girl, he raped a fellow spectrum occupant. They don't want to send him to jail? Send him to me. He'll beg for jail.
Only in the most embittered way. I have a handicapped sibling and have spent my life around the differently abled. That tennis playing blond freak makes me wish I believed in bosch's last judgement.
I have no clue what #1 is. I'm going to assume that one of the pics isn't showing up, because the actual 3rd pic is simply a silly looking dog. The last pic is a baby sloth.
The level of justice you get in this country is directly proportional to the amount of money you have.
Oh Dok (et. al)! Banhammer time? ^^^
This "doesn't even necessarily make him a bad feminist — you know, later, once he stops doing that".
Ikr? It's almost like a certain section of our society thinks that they're better than everyone else.
He absolutely did not have to resort to it. He's clearly predatory, and he gets sexual gratification not from consensual sex, but from forcing himself on someone without consent. Observe the way he lovingly planned his crime. He identified his victim online, and selected her based on the relatively low risk of consequences if his crime was discovered, because it is so easy to discredit the victim. Although it isn't clear from Robyn's post, he doesn't seem to have taken much trouble keeping anyone from finding out about it. The saddest part of all is that he will undoubtedly wind up being a repeat offender. He'll just get more sophisticated in his methods. If you'll excuse me, I'll be under my desk in a fetal position sucking my thumb.
If you're referring to Rebecca's Juanita Broddrick post, I think you may have missed her point. She seemed more concerned with debating the victim's credibility than whether sexual violence is sometimes justified depending on the circumstances. That's my takeaway, in any case. I'm willing to stand corrected.
That polite refusal to take advantage of her indicates you're not a sexual predator. So you got that going for you, which is nice.
Yes, it would. It was his intention all along. He selected his victim based not on his attraction to her, but rather on her vulnerabilities, including parents who didn't seem particularly concerned about protecting her from him.
Gets the job done quicker than one of those diamond coated nail files. I would guess. *Ahem.*
Dang it, Hairstrike! I should just give up, the way you keep beating me to the punch. Sometimes I don't have the patience to read the whole thread before I comment.Good point, by the way.
