Everyone knows the <i>Real</i>* Constitution only has one clause in the First Amendment, which prohibits anyone from ever interfering with the <b>God-given</b> right to practice my religion all up in your uterus.

I was under the impression that there is also a right to peaceful assembly as well. But I guess in Tennessee, labor unions are non-peaceful by definition.
