This will give both the rape victim a chance to recount her claim and the sports department to develop several witnesses for the rapist.

If the victim is raped in her home, you don't reveal the address . . . otherwise, you just don't use her name. That's pretty much it, Tennesee. You know, <i>like the other 49 states do it.</i>
