Does the Texas attorney general have the most punchable face ever, or is it just us? With all this talk about building walls around the sovereign nation of Mexico, you might have forgotten another very important wall-building activity our nation is engaged in, which is building walls around OUR WIVES AND DAUGHTERS so they can make loud dookies in peace, without having to worry that transgender people might hear them doing their cacophonous poopies and be like "LOL!" At least we think that's the goal of Texas and the other states suing the Obama administration over its new transgender guidelines.
Yes. I'm a female, but I have seen more men peeing in my lifetime than I care to count. Or remember, even. Male relatives, boyfriends, and even complete strangers while camping. I hardly ever saw actual manflesh. I mean, generally you've gotta really be lookin' for it, which... is just weird unless you have a fetish. So I don't really get how it's a big issue on either side.
[Major_Asshole's note: The following may present a joke in questionable taste. I'm not sure.]
I have a solution for the conservative panty-waists so desperate to avoid peeing next to a trans person: START WEARING DIAPERS. They're already mentally deficient.
And Governor Hot Wheels is even dumber than the ones before. When we think the conservascum have hit the bottom of the barrel in Texas, we soon realize that there's another barrel underneath for them to smash through to.
they choose which district to file in. note: people I agree with usually try to file in Austin because Judge Yeakel (aka The One Thing Shrub Did Right) is here, but also because that's usually where you'd file statewide cases if you were filing in state court. it's weird, but there are certain cases involving state agencies that have to be filed in Travis County. the GOP is slowly changing that, but they're not quite there yet because doing so increases everyone's staff travel budgets.
Oh hell, I spit my coffee on that one. I had forgot how good R. Lee Ermey was in that scene. That 'reach-around' line made me laugh. Thanks
Disgusting, but true.
Less tricky than you'd think....
How the fuck is judge shopping like what Paxton did LEGAL?
How is an AG's office allowed to pick a judge to appear before?
Why do I feel a stroke coming on from thinking about this so fucking much?!
Obviously, they didn't make boom-booms or tee-tees before this shit started.

It's derp barrels, all the way down.

they are equally punchable with votes.
They can pray as much as they like. Doesn't mean I'm going to grant 'em, know what I mean?- God

Actually, it's not illegal. You just need to have it clearly marked as being a biological sample, and fill out all the proper forms to do so.
We used to get samples through the mail, er, stream, all the time. It was disgusting.
I can't think of a better casting decision, ever, than Kathleen Turner as a serial killer housewife.
