"Well? Where's my applause?"

It seems like we had kittens only a month ago (more like 3) and already they're so big, half the size of momma cat and twice the size of your Header

Adorable. I was rooting for the little one

The appeal to the management is my favorite part. "Did you see that? How could that happen? I'm a big huge cat!"

Kitty skipped leg week.

Not exactly a cat-a-pult.

If you can't reach the initial goal, you can at least stick the landing.

And then meow at your hooman to pick you back up so you can try again.

[Alternately] Tell your hooman, “Whaddaya mean? That WAS the trick!”

I like that Kitten thinks of more than just murder all day. That lil kitteh is one of my absolute favorite kinds. Alas, allergic partner, so no cats. And no money for allergen-free kitties right now.

tehbaddr's avatar

In a week that kitteh will be on top of the fridge!

I love how that kitten so gracefully lands, it’s like it knows it’s not going to make it and accepts fate.

"I did good, huh?"

William Donnell's avatar

But he stuck the landing, did he not?

Lance Thrustwell's avatar

I was afeard kitten was gonna bonk his head. Whew.

Eyes on the prize, but not enough butt wiggle to pull it off.

William Donnell's avatar

More ass revs required. That's just generally good advice.

That kitten perfectly summarizes my entire life.

Miss Grundy's avatar

That's one small step for little kitty and one giant leap for catitude.

GrannysKnitting's avatar

i'm glad that milo's husband is getting out of a toxic relationship

Dave Hayman's avatar

I hope Martin survived that kitten attack!!

Mark Linimon's avatar

I am desperately racking (what's left of) my braims to find something that I could care less about than "Milos' divorce filings".

Nope, Kardashians won't cut it.

"That's a deporting." love the use of the Simpson bit. And it would be a hoot if Elon got deported for lying on his application. He's lose his security clearance and his company might lose all their NSSL (National Security Space Launches). He's be The Trillionaire Without A Country.

"This multimillionaire Texas Republican wants to trick people into retiring his campaign debt by saying it’s an application for your $5000 Trumpmoneys." -- Grifters gotta grift and in the Republican party it's grifters all the way down,

Crypto is basically an unregulated stock. It needs to be regulated and made transparent.

eo's avatar

Crypto is fairy dust and leprechaun gold. How do you regulate a dream?

beb's avatar

By treating it as a commodity. Stock trades and Bank loans are regulated, so can Crypto. Even Meme coins can be and should be regulated to prevent things like pump-and-dump and Ponzi schemes. It's doable. The problem lies with all the dark money coming from Crypto barons to prevent Congress from acting.

"Erick Erickson? Erickson shocked, shocked to find Nazis in the Republican Party." This is like the petulant teen responding to his father. Dad: Who taught you to do that?" Teen: You did! I learned it from YOU! -- For the longest time Erickson was the Nazi-in-Chief. Sudden;y he finds that some Nazis are worse than others. It is to laugh!

Duddy Do-wrong:

"Kash Patel, the F.B.I. director, temporarily halted some cooperation with the agency’s counterpart in Canada this month after the nation’s public broadcaster reminded its journalists of a longstanding policy not to refer to the Sept. 11 attacks as “terrorism” without attribution to experts, according to multiple officials with knowledge of the event. The extraordinary move to punish the Royal Canadian Mounted Police appears to have been short-lived, and it was specific to the F.B.I.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, whose policy on the use of the term “terrorism” drew Mr. Patel’s ire, is editorially independent from the Canadian government. The broadcaster swiftly reversed its stance on how to describe the Sept. 11 attacks once it drew attention late last month.

Paraphrasing the Stranger: Sometimes you eat the bear….and sometimes the elephant stomps your head into mush.
