There is a story doing the rounds that their booker did not tell them whose show they were doing that morning. Once they turned up, it would have been unprofessional to back out. Personally, I would respect them more if they refused to do her show.
Of course she's horrible and flailing about. She doesn't have the Frank Luntz approved empty republican rhetoric to shout at over her interviewees endlessly. Smarmy and condescending queries can never mask one's stupidity or tone-deafness.
One of my friends said when she heard the comment about Will and Grace making that guy gay-you can take the girl out of Fox News but you can't take Fox News out of the girl.
I don't know that it is any worse than its competitors in the time slot, not that I have seen much of them. I would be depressed beyond words if I had nothing better to do with my time that to watch this garbage.
That deserved a slash s. I really have loved Jane for a long time. I'm old enough to have opposed the Nam war, carry candles in the streets, about two or three years late when Jane was saying the war was insanity long before. But damn I've never seen a woman or man approaching 80 looking so good. Who knew this was even possible.
