Not no one “who works x amount” or “who has a college degree/high school diploma/etc.” or “who” ANYTHING. Humans do not deserve to live in poverty if we have the means to do anything about it, and in the US we definitely do.

Also we need to stop subsidizing oil companies (and all other large corporations). I'd say we should combine that bill with an increase of the estate tax to 100% on wealth over $5000,000, and call it the "No Free Handouts for Moochers Act."
