Kind of off topic but I don't know any other place that might actually care: I've seen a lot of tweets/comments, especially in the last one or two weeks, from people not in CA shouting about how we can flip such and such district in the House - though I share their desire and have been putting in the work, I feel these shouts are sometimes naive. Most of these Republican Reps are from inland conservative strongholds (farm country, voting blue is unthinkable to most - take a look at the signs off the highway about five hours north of LA) and Nunes' district in particular seems less swingable because they voted Trump by the widest margins in the state. I don't have the same level of hope for Northern Repub Reps that I have for the Repub Reps behind the Orange Curtain, whose county went Blue and whose difference in votes between the Walking Orange and Clinton was generally slimmer. Nunes' district is 22: http://images.dailykos.com/... - the pink districts are probably best to focus on: http://images.dailykos.com/...

I also worry that these are historically Republican places (Nixon was born in Yorba Linda). By which I mean: the second a Republican who is handsome or fronts as relatively sane catches their eye, those who didn't vote for Trump might be back on board the GOP train. I hope I'm wrong. I know the LA and OC indivisible groups are on this shit, though, so we'll see what kind of progress we can make together.
