And Logic classes please, critical thinking is a lost art.

They gift them to every library, to indoctrinate as many as possible.

Your question remains a very good one, of course. Rather like that church in Ohio that owned and operated a bra factory as a "non-profit."

Perhaps they couldn't get enough support.

PP provided me with an IUD at a price I could afford when I was on the edge of homeless & uninsured in the US. They were incredibly nice and helped me PLAN PARENTHOOD. (Golly, living up to their name!!)

That people believe the shit the National Review is peddling is infuriating, but believable.

PP was the only--only--option for any kind of BC within 50 miles of the university I attended for my first two years. The university was public, but all the hospitals and clinics in the region were Catholic run, and there was no campus clinic. The second visit, I ran smack into an Operation Rescue "mission". It must've been unannounced, that clinic kept a super low profile.

I had signs shoved in my face, a guy screaming about "my baby", and attempts to physically block me, walking from the bus stop to the clinic steps. I was 17. No, the local PD did not give one half of a damn. The only thing that kept me moving forward was a) appointment, you don't skip out on a doctor's appointment and b) I don't scare easy. Plus I was (am) 6', a little more maybe, so that probably helped.

I found out later that Randall Terry was there, the guy with the curly hair. I'm a mum now, and it's a bit less than 30 years on, but that anger. Those people didn't care about me, or my health, I was a thing, not a human. I do not believe termination of pregnancy would be an option I would take, but that's me--I strongly support the right to individual choice and to accessible without restriction women's healthcare, including termination of pregnancy. Dichotomy, whatever.

These people not only do not understand the spectrum of things that can go wrong in a pregnancy, or with women's bodies, or anything at all, and the do not give a damn. They don't. I was a thing. Not a person, not someone going in for a wellness exam and PAP smear, not someone needing healthcare. I was a fucking object and objects can be thrown away.

Have you ever known anyone who was shot and had no complications?

I find it really hard to believe they had an automatic weapon.

How do you know it was an automatic weapon? That term gets thrown around a lot.

Very little rap of any sort is intelligible.

Operation Ranch Hand: it’s saucy in its malevolence.

It’d not heard the story of bombing Cu Chi with Agent Orange, but it doesn’t surprise me. Very Catch-22, that. They should have received stocks from Dow. Instead they got cancer and birth defects.

“Look, they’re draftees, all right? We can get more.”

Actually as a retired nurse I have, but not too many.

The police report said "automatic weapon."

Way more than one unit. Operation Ranch Hand was only a tiny part of our Agent Orange war crimes. We even sprayed it on our own air base at Cu Chi because we knew the Viet Cong were under it. All of the trees there today are one strain of Aussie Eucalyptus that is Agent Orange resistant. They've planted millions of them to combat erosion.

"A semi-automatic gun was used in the attack but the weapon has not yet been recovered. He is understood to have been shot once with a neighbor recalling hearing 'a shot' ring out 'about a minute' after she first heard Fischer's 'blood-curdling screaming'."

The other dognapping I saw recently on video was with an automatic weapon, and the news report said it was an automatic weapon.

They often say that, it makes a better story. They're wrong at least 95% of the time. I live in a very rough city but there hasn't been an automatic weapon crime here in the last 20 years.
