It was always amazing and frustrating to me how many stupid people completely missed the point of that movie.

I think he likes Trump because he is ALSO an extreme narcissist and it makes him feel normal/validated to see another delusional narcissist with so much power.
I find as we age that sort of thing really doesn't matter, past a certain point. I find the longer I know someone intelligent, the more attractive features I find, nice eyes, good hair, sweet smile, compassionate to children and animals etc. And intelligence is sexy so on here you can be appreciated.
