Mild Jr’s spousal unit and in-laws are Isreali, and most of their families (grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, still live. We’ll be meeting up with them for July 4th so I’ll put on my concerned face when they talk about their families in Tel Aviv.
The housing bill has a huge loophole; it limits private equity (PE) from owning more than 350 single family houses, which is a lot. And there is nothing preventing PE from creating endless subsidiaries each owning up to 350 houses. But then Private Equity is a cancer eating up American enterprise.
This is what I can't wrap my head around: there is apparently no restriction on interconnection between individual companies, so the it doesn't solve the problem at all!
