Would've NEVER happened. Berry Gordy was all about what he called "The Sound of Young America" and made an effeort to sweeten up the muisc with strings and such to appeal to white people - seriously.

That album would've had to have been on Stax or King

"This past election, the establishment power elites got everything they wanted."

The history of all American cities, large or small, in a nutshell.

I knew that BLM long before the other. When the newer group appeared I told my friend in Orgeon "now those assholes have TWO BLMs to hate!". He agreed.

Sometimes it's hard, and sometimes (like now) it's very, very easy

Jacob Frey spews his boilerplate and hopes nobody notices when he doesn't do the things he said he would. That list means nothing!.

After the post-George Floyd referendum, he ended up with more direct administrative powers, and then doing almost nothing to properly use them. It's no wonder this list was scrubbed from the website; I wouldn't be at all surprised if he simply forgot to actually prohibit no-knock invasions, and I think the police intimidate him too.

Minneapolis cops have way too much "warrior" mentality and it shows in their general lack of respect for most citizens they encounter; it's even more horribly apparent in their disrespect, abuse, and occasional murder of black people in particular.

How about dissolving all police unions everywhere?

Philando Castile had a concealed carry permit for his legal handgun and cops hosed him down when he reached for it to show them. Not likely to happen to a wasicu wastey.

If they need to make noise, a no knock warrant is not the way to go.

Or they expected to find something to charge her with even if they had the wrong house.

That’s a given. I half expected they’d have something to plant, just in case.

Also, it’s a convenient excuse, having mistaken addresses, when they want to hit a location they can get the warrant for.

And then he was suddenly not a law abiding gun owner because he had a joint in his car.
