I was listening to an educational DVD about the HPV vaccine and the fear on the part of some parents that it would change the sexual behavior of their girls. I never got that "lucky" as a teen, but in my young adult days, I worried more about getting pregnant than about a theoretical risk of cancer.
On second thoughts don't bother. This is just the anti-HPV vaccine group "Regret" pulling reports out of their where-evers. The report in the Irish Times at this link
Regret call themselves an HPV vaccine support group but seem to support it in the same way that Jenny MacCarthy supports vaccinated children. Regret seems to be influenced by Dr Diane Harper see this link for details

I seem to recall that when Florida enacted a law to the effect that "if you leave an unlocked gun lying around and a toddler kills someone with it, you go to jail", sales of gun locks skyrocketed. So the good of the punishment would be that someone else might take their kid to the doctor. I really don't know why jail is more scary than dead children, but there it is.
I was also wondering how a fool got the money to be separated from. Lawsuit settlement? Inheritance? Older wealthy lover? Popular blogger? Lottery winner?
