Yes. This is very good. Yeah, the super doctrinaire people pissing off everybody who isn’t in it to just say the jargon is definitely a real thing. And this was orchestrated. Great, another thing most people aren’t aware is going on. Ugh. Thanks for this.
We were at the actual bombing site about a half hour before the bomb went off, so that did wonders for my level of comfort. I had no trouble placing myself in the shoes of people who were there later on. It was horrific.
Even better; don't alter the lyrics, and be sincere about it. Also, too, be selective in your choice of hymns. Some of them are damn rough on demons/hypocrites/Kristians.
To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’“But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’“I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
I feel like this..well, we could have had a much better article. It's not like nobody knew the 10th anniversary of Dr. TIller's assassination was coming up today.
I have heard of breast thermography, and there are a couple of chiropractic clinics in my town that offer it, but unfortunately, Medicare will not cover it.
When I was a teenager, my best friend’s father (who, although they lived in different states, was good friends with Tiller), was one of the only drs in the state who performed abortions. Protesters weren’t happy with just protesting across the street from his office in town, so they would protest on the sidewalk in front of his house on the weekends. A, shall we say, “robust” gentleman, he would go outside, take off his shirt, and calmly mow the lawn.
I still love Galveston but real estate there is ridiculous again (plummeted after Ike). When I left in 2004, Houston was still affordable. When I returned in 2015, it was more expensive than Chicago and almost unrecognizable from development, esp. townhouses and luxury high rises, which have doubled rents. The luxury units are largely vacant and they displaced all the charming fourplexes where an adult could inhabit a cool apartment in a cool neighborhood. So, affordable housing is now a crisis here. Harvey just seemed to bring even more people in.

OK, somebody should write a book about this. Good gravy.

Methyl mercaptan - propane odorant.
Very difficult to get out of steel when you want to repurpose propane tanks.
ETA - Apparently it's a gas at room temperature, and is neurotoxic at high concentrations. Oh, well.
St. Jimmy!
Yeah, I'm atheist/agnostic, but I'd light a candle and leave a coin for St. Jimmy.
Great, you had to bring up those 2 Corinthians again, eh?
Also, too, Matthew 7:20-22 made me think of: http://uploads.disquscdn.co...
Can we print off 60 million images of St. Dogbert and drop them across the country from an airplane? I'm sure George Soros would pay for it.
