Yeah, that would assume there's a lot of hunters coming into the area. That really hasn't been the case for the past 20 years and of the remainde, most of them tend to set up their camps in state wilderness camping areas or on the state campground road sites (which aren't closed).

I'm house poor, but on purpose.I've decided I need no more "things" in my life. What I REALLY want is to redo the front walk.Granted, I will be doing this with reclaimed bricks I found and my own sweat, and not just hiring a guy, but the sand and mortar and shit does cost. And we did just hire a guy when it came to the gutters (thanks stimulus!) and the chimney (thanks other stimulus!) and the electrical (thanks other other stimulus!)I guess you could say I am a jerb creator ^^

For my birthday one year, all my friends went in on one for me, AND my mom accidentally did at the same time. I kept the bigger-sized one from my mom because "MOR POWER!" etc, but I almost wish I had kept the smaller one where the whole top tilts backwards, instead of the bigger one where the entire top only lifts up and down. I don't understand why they made them different. It's still built like a tank and I lerve it death and back, though! Get one, especially on sale!

I have a nice little house in Pittsburgh that I bought for 90k a few years ago. It has two bedrooms, one for my my partner and I and the other for visiting family, and we have a nice couch for overflow. Both of us work from home, we have two cats, two turtles, a beautiful garden, and somehow we make do, living within our budget and managing to put money away every month. We have had some work done so the value of the house is probably higher, so if we want to sell we'll make money. I am part Italian so I love pasta and make a mean sauce and we eat very well. We have a very low mortgage and are very content. Neither of us are claustrophobic, we take reasonable vacations and enjoy our lives. Please tell me Karen--I mean Stephanie-- what are we doing wrong???

People like her are why I don't live in SeaTown anymore. Rents were reasonable and home buying possible when I was there. Then...High Tech came to town and ruined the place. Fuck all the yuppies and their goddam non-existent problems. And fuck all the evil geniuses who brought them to town and destroyed what once was a very nice place to live.

Belgium fries are almost like potato wedges . They're several times thicker than Mcdonalds french fries (to use a globally understood comparison).

The marketing for tiny houses was too succesful: Now people with too much money are buying them for bragging purposes, and they want everything Designer and High-Tech.
