Yes, yes, there are worse-r dead judges, we are sure, but this lady is definitely in the running for the un-coveted most terrible title. What makes her so special? Is it her breathtaking racism? I don&#039;t understand this whole thing about electing judges. If there was ever a position that needed to be selected with at least some degree of non-partisan, actual THOUGHT, it would be judge. Yet another reason I&#039;ll stay in Canada, thank you.
Some states do an &quot;appoint and retain&quot;, where the governor appoints the judge (selected by either a bipartisan or nonpartisan commission) and then they stand for &quot;retention&quot; every X number of years. If they fail, then the governor appoints a replacement. That would be at least a little more fair.
Jefferson County is where Louisville is. People think that&#039;s our capitol, but it&#039;s not; Frankfort is the capitol. But Louisville/Jefferson Co. is the largest &quot;metropolitan&quot; area in the state. As for this judge, I hate to say this, but her remarks will only likely earn her more votes among the mouth-breathing shitmuffins who will vote for her because she was mean to a black guy while insulting our President. For the Faux-ers around here, that&#039;s a feature, not a bug. See: Rand Paul (if you can stand to look at that weasel on his head).
