We would have to pass an amendment to repeal the 19th. Remember prohibition it should be that hard to figure out the process I'm not sure any state would pass it. If it even came up for the states to pass, it would fail. Any married male who would vote for it better get ready to be divorced if they have a wife with any sense. Rs holding the majority in Congress can decline to remove the deadline clipped onto the ERA. They can also do all they can to prevent married women from voting (SAVE Act or something like it) just by making it onerous to comply with that act, or to arbitrarily fail to enforce voting rights due to confusion about law or malicious BS, all without removing the 19th. Women's rights to their own health care decisions and bodily autonomy has been stripped away because women do not have full civil and human rights in the USA. And as long as "centrist" Dems and Repugnican Lite folk control or influence the D party and what's left of the R party, female rights in this country will always fail to be protected by the Constitution and by laws (which can be repealed, overturned, or ended after a time period imposed by the law is up). The majority of voting citizens can be coerced into accepting this by a minority of RWNJs who follow their "religion." Why don't more adults in this land understand this?
