I don't find it that objectionable since he is legitimately a hunter. He talks about keeping a shotgun in the car to pheasant hunt after football practice, which was very much a thing in my hometown & makes him more relatable - though that probably doesn't matter one iota to the Drumpf crowd.
I was more offended by MVP's handgun, which serves no legitimate purpose other than "somebody breaks into my home, they're gonna get shot" - but I adhere pretty closely to the National Lawyers Guild mantra that human rights are more sacred than property rights.
WOW. Barack is really really good, but Tim's salty one was SO GOOD and Bradley Whitford's is exactly what I wanted--and more. SO SO GOOD!
What a deep bench! We going to WIN! WE'RE GOING TO WIN THIS THING! (IF we all turn up and do our bit to VOTE.) If you're feeling down, feeling scared, WATCH BRADLEY WHITFORD, not just Tim and Barry Bams, OK? I am bookmarking this for the next two weeks' worth of "Carry on my wayward peeps" lifting of my heart and soul
"Filled out my ballot. I'm now putting it in this trusty mailbox." (...) "I trust the U.S. Postal Service to get this done."
Given what Louis KillJoy has done to the USPS that's probably not a good idea. Don't be too terribly surprised if your vote gets "mysteriously" lost in the mail. 😒
I voted early *and* in person, and I *STRONGLY* recommend that everyone else does too.
The Illinois voter envelope looks just like California's, except ours is Pepto Pink. :)
And now, in honor of Eminem's appearance, from the elegant Pump Room of the magnificent Palmer House, high over Chicago, asking that musical question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_wYX96L4Vo
"Eminemium: Choose Yourself," a rant by Acappella Science's Tim Blais (doing all the "instruments" as the channel's name implies) about how science gets used by scientists who choose to use it for war and destruction. Good stuff.
I didn't know Bradley Whitford did the intro when I watched the Madison thing this morning, I skipped ahead to Walz. I'm glad it was mentioned in this article so I didn't miss it, because I LOVE THAT GUY! He's been one of my "weird crushes" since the '90s (along with Christopher Walken and Jeff Goldblum) and now I'm gonna have to go fan myself for a bit...
ok barack obama i love you love was in grant park in 2008.
still.
there is no 'schiller street' where you live in hyde park. you are on the gold coast casting your ballot.
which is totally chill.
I just saw that Madame Vice President will be doing a final pitch next Tuesday 29 October at the National Mall. I will there!
Of course I am a super Liberal Democrat....but I wish Walz had the balls to just stop hunting and praising guns

No intelligent people should hunt. It’s barbarous and unevolved and unethical
Ta, Dok. Love this!
“Angels in the architecture”.
I actually rank the speeches like this:
1. Bradley Whitford
2. Tim Walz
3. Barack Obama

Both my absentee ballot application and Ms. O's application (in separate envelopes) somehow didn't make it to the Board of Elections.
Yeah, that's why I drop mine off on the ballot drop box instead of mailing it.
M&M's do melt in your hand if you fall asleep clutching some
THIS is what being a MAN in the 21st century looks like.

Obama is just so damn cool.
One of a kind!! NO ONE like him!
Bradley Whitford was great! What a terrific speech.
“𝘐 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵: 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵!” 𝘔𝘺, 𝘛𝘪𝘮, 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩.
Typical soldier.
"𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬, 𝘌𝘭𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥, 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘱𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵.”
No lies told.
Obama spitting "Lose Yourself" lyrics is must-see TV!!!
