It suddenly occurs to me that Trump is going to go down in history with a reputation worse than Hitler. Not that he'll achieve that with the same atrocities that earned Hitler his reputation. Trump has his own atrocities coupled with absolutely no redeeming attributes whatsoever.

I have a friend who's convinced that the kids ran the business, got all the behind-the-scenes work done for these big construction projects, and didn't tell him a thing, because they knew he'd blurt out whatever he knew the first chance he got and mess up delicate business dealings. When the shit was all done, they'd trot him out to sign a piece of paper and take all the credit.
Except you can't do that with the President of the United States.

FWIW, a lot of my friends and acquaintances have been sending postcards to the "president," Congresspersons, the Electoral College members, etc. They're thrown postcard-writing parties.
